Add what you want to explain

On the homepage, choose Upload a file to start with a video, voice recording, or PDF. Choose Write instructions if you already know the steps. Start with one task you want someone else to complete.

STEP 2 OF 4

Create your instructions

Give your guide a title that names the task, then choose Create instructions. Sign in or sign up when prompted. File processing uses credits; writing your own steps is free. When creation finishes, your saved guide opens in your workspace.

STEP 3 OF 4

Check each step

Read each instruction and check the order. Edit anything that is unclear or missing. If you uploaded a video, check that each step matches the right moment. Open the trainee view to see the guide as your reader will see it.

STEP 4 OF 4

Share the link or QR code

Use the trainee link and QR code provided with your completed guide. Copy the link to send it to someone, or download the QR for a handout or sign. Opening either takes them straight to your instructions, one step at a time, without an account. You can turn sharing off in Sharing settings.
